Every case is very different and your homeopath will give you very specific instructions about how to take your remedy.



How to Store Homeopathic  Remedies

Store in a place away from sunlight, strong smells, high temperatures, low temperatures, cell phones, wifi, microwaves, crystals, or other sources of energy. Keep it tightly wrapped in aluminum foil and in the box when not in use.

Don't carry your remedy in your purse if you also carry a cellphone, perfume, gum, mints, or other things on the list below. 


Things to Avoid

The remedy needs to remain active without antidoting for as long as the disease state will allow in order to bring about results. Taking the remedy, antidoting, re-taking the remedy over and over throughout the day or week won't bring about the desired result and, if the remedy isn't active for a good period of time, it can't do it's work. In fact, it will make it harder to bring about results. It takes time but it is worth the trouble and sacrifice if you want it to work. You should avoid the following things while undergoing homeopathic treatment:


Coffee

 Even decaf

 Anything containing coffee

 Even the smell of coffee could interfere

 Avoid coffee isle at the store

 Avoid coffee shops

Camphor

 Liniments, some lip balms, chap stick, vapo 

 rub, tiger balm, icy hot, bengay, moth balls, 

 etc

Eucalyptus

 Even in shaving creams, noxzema, mouth 

 wash, foot creams, etc

Mint

 Peppermint, spearmint, toothpaste, oregano, 

 etc (Use non-mint flavored children's 

 toothpaste or make a powder with salt and 

 baking soda)

Likely; chocolate, vanilla, honey, bee's 

 wax, beer, wine, cognac, flavored alcohols, 

 strong spices or teas

Tea tree oil, black seed oil

Electric Blankets

Strong Energies or other energy practices

 Reiki, acupuncture, chi kung, herbal 

 remedies, traditional Chinese medicine, 

 Ayurveda, etc.

Nail polish and remover (similar smells)

Marijuana and other illicit drugs



Things to do

Generally healthy things to do under ideal circumstances. Not everyone is able to, or should, do all of these things. 


Check with your physician before starting any health related endeavor.


Must have a healthy environment to become and stay in balance. 

 Healthy home

 Healthy work

 Healthy associations

 Healthy diet

 Healthy thinking

 Healthy relationship with God

 Healthy surroundings in general


Trying to find balance without eliminating unbalancing influences is a losing battle


Avoid places with mold

 Make sure you don't have mold in your home and work place 


Eat only organic/non-gmo food (preferably made from scratch)


 Avoid pork, shellfish, bottom feeding fish


 Focus on vegetables, healthy proteins and fats, some complex carbs


Avoid all sweets and sweeteners in general


Avoid all vegetable oils (use butter, lard or real olive oil or coconut oil)


Drink only high quality water

 No carbonated beverages, sugary drinks, artificial sweeteners, etc


Bless all food and drinks before consuming


Walk 4,500-7,500 steps per day if you can


Movement and flexibility exercise


Stretch daily


Stand barefoot in the grass for 15 minutes twice a day


Don't be sexually promiscuous


Limit alcohol intake


Don't smoke or vape


Get enough regular sleep


Avoid unbalanced and unhealthy people and places


Limit cell phone use


Don't use bluetooth


Avoid buildings with cell towers on the roof


Don't put anything on your skin that you can't  eat (lotions, insect repellant, etc)


Avoid unhealthy air (new furniture, foam pillows and mattresses, etc off-gas toxic fumes)


Wash hands frequently and avoid touching your face


Avoid fluoride

Brush and floss regularly


Building your microbiome is important

 Foods with beneficial organisms (probiotic)Yogurt, kefir, kimchi, good probiotic supplements


 Healthy prebiotic diet high in fiber


 Appropriate fasting


 No processed foods or sugar


 Only use antibiotics if necessary


 Be clean but not too clean


Animal products must be from 100% grass- fed/grass-finished animals, pasture raised, organic, no hormones or antibiotics


Take constitutional homeopathic treatment from a very good homeopath


Make it your goal to become safely 

 pharmaceutical free if possible


Learn what nutritional supplements may be beneficial for you



Diet

60% plant, 20% animal products (dairy, eggs, very little meat), 20% grain. Ovo-lacto vegetarian diet is best. Eat only whole foods and cook from scratch. (All non-GMO, organic, pasture raised, grass fed). 


Check with your physician before starting any health related endeavor.


EAT;

Large bowl of organic non-GMO vegetables every day

 (kale, bok choy, arugula, cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli, etc), broccoli sprouts 2-3 times a week

 High fiber diet is important


Good quality proteins

 Grass fed/grass finished beef, organic 

 pasture raised eggs, pasture raised chicken, lentils, pinto beans, chickpeas, etc 


Good quality fats (animal and vegetable)

 No vegetable oils at all.

 Real olive oil or organic coconut oil is ok. (Most olive oil on the market is actually  vegetable oil. The only brand of olive oil that is true olive oil is Lucini)

 Avocados

 Grass fed organic dairy, especially goat dairy  (raw is great for most people)


Fermented foods daily (live and active  

 cultures, organic/non-GMO)

 Yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, natto

 (Homemade is best)


Low(ish) carbohydrates

 No sugar at all 

 Good quality complex carbs are ok

 (yellow potatoes, brown rice, wheat, 

 ancient grains, other grains)


Herbs

 Turmeric, ginger, garlic, nettle, etc daily


Fasting, done correctly


Supplements (check with your doctor)

Vitamin D3 or Cod Liver Oil

Vitamin K2

Iodine 

Magnesium

Vitamin C

Fish oil

B Complex

Moringa
